The structural design of the IC-POD-HAB centers on a series of precisely spaced, textured Stackable Protection Discs held together by a central non-corrosive column. When placed in a nutrient-rich area like a refugium or sump compartment near Chaetomorpha algae, the habitat accumulates organic particulates and micro-algae, offering an abundant food source for growing pods.
